  • The lower price must be for the same product sold by a competitor (online or in-store).
  • The competitor’s price must be valid at the time of the price match request (not expired or limited time offer).
  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer (we do not match prices from auction sites, online marketplaces (including, but not limited to, eBay & Amazon), or third-party sellers.)
  • The product must be in stock and available for purchase by the competitor.

2. How to Request a Price Match

If you find a lower price for an eligible item, simply follow these steps:

3. Price Match Limitations

  • The price match is based on the total price (including taxes and shipping). We will match the total cost, not just the item’s price.
  • We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price before issuing a price match.
  • Price matches are not applicable to clearance items, special promotions, or other discounts like "Buy One Get One Free," etc.
  • We do not match prices for products being sold through auctions, liquidation sales, or other limited-time deals.
  • Price match offers are limited to one per item and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

4. Price Match Guarantee Exclusions

  • Prices that include rebates, coupons, or rewards.
  • Prices for products sold by third-party or unauthorized sellers.
  • Flash sales or daily deals that are not reflective of standard pricing.
  • Prices in different currencies or from international retailers.

5. Refunds for Price Adjustments

If the price of an item you purchased drops within 6 months of your purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment. Contact our customer service team to request an adjustment. Price adjustments are not available for sale items or products purchased through special promotions.

6. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse a price match request if we believe the offer is not valid or if it falls outside the terms outlined in this policy.

7. Changes to the Policy
